ታሪካችን
{{RESTAURANT_NAME}} was started by Mebrat Abay to bring the food of her childhood — the spices, the breads, the long slow Saturdays around a coffee jebena — to Melbourne.
Every dish is made the way it would be at home. The injera is fermented for days. The berbere is hand-blended. The coffee is roasted in front of you. It's not fast, but it's real.
